Re-cap....

Okay...so I did take forever to post again...oh well...makes everyone just really excited to get an update...ha!

So, let's go waaaay back to the week before Halloween...quick story, I got home from the gym one Sunday and decided we needed to go to Boo at the Zoo...got home at 5 forced Carsyn to pick out a costume, ran by WalMart to grab Camryn a Snow White dress, stopped at Burger King, ate on the way, and got to the zoo by 6:30 or so...wow...talk about last minute!!! But we did have so much fun! We are so glad we went! And we got so lucky for my frugal-self! We paid to get in and didn't buy any armbands or tickets to do extra things because we were going to see what all Carsyn wanted to do, or cared about doing...so, a family on their way out offered their armbands and some tickets to us!!! Yippee! So, you know I was happy as can be because our fun didn't cost us near as much as it could have! We rode the carousel and the hayride...and Carsyn went through the fun house and we even did the "Alien Encounter" because it was in the reptile house and Carsyn wanted to see the snakes. We only saw one snake so she was disappointed...Here is a picture from Boo at the Zoo (best I could get!)...Carsyn went as TinkerBell...

So, later that week, we had a fun Halloween "carnival" with our Mom's Group. We each brought a game to let the kids play...we watched a movie that was projected up on the wall, and then ate pizza! It was lots of fun and the kids really enjoyed, Carsyn chose to go as Cinderella....of course, here's a picture (or few).Later in the week...Halloween pumpkin carving and cookie decorating...fun times!

FINALLY....Halloween night...we went to our church's Trunk or Treat and then went trick or treating around our neighborhood...Carsyn decided on this night, to be Sleeping Beauty...I think we covered all the blonde haired princesses!!??

Whew....finished with that! I promise to not to take as long to post again...I've learned my lesson, this took too long!!
